Learn @ Spring & CoViD-19

Updated: Apr 5, 2020

Here at Learn @ Spring we have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely. With recent guidance from the Union and State governments in India to move to 'work from home', we want to reassure our customers that Learn @ Spring remains fully operational.

Our software is 100% cloud-based which means our platform's performance will not be interrupted despite our global teams shifting to remote and flexible working arrangements. Our infrastructure is equipped and prepared to continue as needed.

Our teams are active and experienced in running events remotely. They have all undergone home working preparedness checks and we have verified connectivity requirements and equipment needs. Our team in Bangalore has been home working in-line with government guidelines for the past two weeks and has successfully delivered all events during test runs. If there are any customers who require support, we will be happy to help..

With the uncertainty surrounding the current situation, we want our customers to be confident in the resilience of both our people and infrastructure. We have three key locations - Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai - with teams that support each other and step in where needed. People have always been our priority - we will continue to work hard to ensure the well-being of both our customers and employees.

I also wanted to reiterate that the safety of our employees is paramount and we are taking every precaution to ensure that all of Team Learn @ Spring are protected and supported in-line with guidelines from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, of Government of India and other regulatory authorities.

We know that now, more than ever, having a reliable and secure learning & Development platform is essential and we can assure you that Learn @ Spring is as committed as ever to ensuring your success.

To all of you, stay safe. And if you have any questions at all - webinar related or not - don’t hesitate to reach out.

All the best,

Nishit Kantha
