What is LXP?

 

A learning experience platform (LXP) is a next-gen employee training software platform that creates personalized learning experiences for employees based on their unique position and contextual needs.

Using AI, machine learning, and behavior analytics, an LXP pulls from internal and external documents and content to provide custom learning recommendations that help employees learn what they want to learn, in a holistic learning environment.

LXP is Participant Centric while LMS was Organisation-Centric. It uses an AI based algorithm to track participant behaviour and need (mapped to CDP) and recommends appropriate micro-learning modules.
